Pan Size : 7inch Square Pan
Yield :
9 squares (1/2 inch thick)
Recipe for : Philips Air Fryer XXL OR Air Fryer Oven

We love brownies! You can never go wrong with brownies! But there are some of us who don’t really have a sweet tooth yet still have our occasional cravings for a decadent dessert. So I have decided to bake brownie thins — just right to kill off the cravings but not too much to over indulge

INGREDIENTS BELOW
65g Unsalted Butter (melted)
75g Fine Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
36g Cocoa Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg (room temperature)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12ml Water
25g All Purpose Flour
10g Walnuts (chopped)

BATTER PREP METHOD BELOW:
1) Melt butter and cool it down to room temperature before adding in sugar. Whisk to combine

2) Add in Cocoa Powder, Salt & Baking Powder and further whisk to combine

3) Crack in egg and add in vanilla extract. Whisk until batter becomes smooth. Pour in water and whisk further to combine

4) Lastly, add in All Purpose Flour and whisk until flour is well combined. Throw in walnuts and combine it before pouring batter into lined pan

AIR FRYER BAKING METHOD BELOW:
1) Pre-heat AF @ 160degrees for 5mins

2) Bake @ 160degrees for 11mins. Remove brownie from pan and let it cool on cooling rack for at least 20mins before slicing it into 9 equal squares

Hope this recipe helps all AF bakers out there. Do try to batch test for the right temperature and bake timing since Air Fryers may vary due to different circumstances (usage frequency, size and model)

This recipe have been tweaked from the original here with reduced sweetness and AF friendly temperature & timing
